These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wooing mobile application and website ("Platform") operated by Kalyankari Softnet Private Limited. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Wooing. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Platform is intended for use within India and complies with Indian laws.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

3. Virtual Currency – Diamonds

Wooing uses a virtual currency called "Diamonds" (💎) for in-app transactions including gifts, games, and calling. Diamonds are purchased using real money through Razorpay. Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for verified hosts/models who may withdraw earnings per our payout policy. All Diamond purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Live Streaming and Content

Users may broadcast live video content. You agree not to stream or post content that:

• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Violates any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000, IPC, or POCSO Act
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Involves minors in any inappropriate manner

We reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Solicitation or prostitution of any kind
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Reverse engineering or hacking the Platform
• Creating fake profiles or bots
• Sharing personal contact information to bypass the Platform

6. Video Calls and Privacy

Video calls are facilitated through Agora, a third-party service. Call rates are set by hosts (minimum 100 Diamonds/minute) and deducted in real time. Recording calls without consent is prohibited and may violate Indian law.

7. Gifts and Transactions

Virtual gifts sent to streamers are converted to platform earnings. The platform retains a commission of 40%. Hosts may withdraw their earnings subject to our payout terms and KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by Kalyankari Softnet Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kalyankari Softnet Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution through our Grievance Officer before approaching courts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app.
