This policy governs refunds and cancellations for purchases made on the Wooing platform operated by Kalyankari Softnet Private Limited, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.
Summary: Diamond purchases are generally non-refundable once used. Unused Diamonds may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
1. Diamond Purchases
Diamonds (💎) are our in-app virtual currency purchased via Razorpay. Once Diamonds are credited to your wallet and used (for gifts, games, calls, etc.), they are non-refundable.
Refunds are available in these cases:
Diamonds were not credited to your account after a successful payment
Duplicate charge for the same transaction
Payment was deducted but you received a transaction error
Technical failure on our platform that prevented service delivery
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:
Include: Your registered email, transaction ID, amount, date, and reason
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Diamonds already used for gifts, games, or calls
Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
Accounts banned for Terms of Service violations
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with another user's content or behaviour
4. Subscription Plans
If we offer subscription-based plans in the future, cancellations will be processed within the billing period with no partial refunds for unused days, unless required by law.
5. Payout to Hosts
Verified hosts may withdraw Diamond earnings subject to:
Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
KYC verification (Aadhaar/PAN required)
Platform commission of 40% deducted before payout
Processing time: 5–7 business days
6. Disputes
For unresolved refund disputes, you may contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@wooing.app. We are committed to resolving all disputes within 30 days.
7. Payment Gateway
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. For payment-related issues not resolved by us, you may also contact Razorpay support.
