Wooing ("App") is operated by Kalyankari Softnet Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable data protection laws of India.

b) Automatically collected: Device information, IP address, usage data, crash reports, and location data (with your consent).

As per IT Rules 2011, we treat the following as sensitive personal data: passwords, financial information, health data (if provided), biometric data (if collected), and location data. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is used solely for the purposes stated.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the appropriate authority. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Wooing is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of any such data, it will be deleted immediately.
